  • Information you send us. If you use the form on our Contact page, we receive your name, phone number, email address, whether you are a current or past client of the firm, and your comment.
  • Technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic browser information when you visit, so the page can be delivered and the site protected from abuse.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not set cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to you and to decide whether and how we can help. We do not sell, rent or share it for marketing.
Contacting us through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form or by email. See the notice on our Contact page.

Services that handle your information

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from attacks. It processes IP addresses to do so.
  • ClearSite, the website platform provided by our web developer, My Media Matters, receives contact-form submissions, stores them for the firm, and sends the firm an email notice of each one.
Pages on this site link to other websites, such as local organizations and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

Your settings on this site

If you use the Reading options button (text size, contrast and similar settings), your choices are saved in your own browser so they stay in place from page to page. They are never sent to us. Choosing “Reset” clears them.

How long we keep information

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to meet our professional and legal record-keeping obligations.
